Neighbouring villas Tranquil and Harmony mirror each other and offer up to four bedrooms. Imagine the possibilities – large gatherings of friends or two families traveling together. A unified four-bedroom residence, or perhaps two separate two-bedroom units, depending on your requirement.

The Tranquil Villa's design unfolds across three levels, gracefully descending the hillside. Expansive glass doors frame breathtaking ocean views, complemented by curated artistic accents, including wall art and sculptures. The terrace offers panoramic sea views, perfect for sunbathing on luxurious loungers.

Alternatively, retreat to the spacious, air-conditioned living room where the same stunning vistas are visible through sliding glass doors. Plush sofas invite relaxation and movie nights, while the modern kitchen, equipped with an induction stove, refrigerator, and microwave, caters to all culinary needs.

Continental breakfast is provided, and The Tranquil Villa is fully equipped for self-catering, with cookware and tableware, though a chef can be arranged for your convenience. Enjoy meals at the eight-seater dining table or on the rattan sofas by the balcony's plunge pool. You’re spoilt for choice here.

Layout

Upon entry from the road, you're greeted by a sophisticated main living area. There’s a large dining table for eight guests on one side and a modern open-plan kitchen at the far end. A powder room on this level provides convenience and the living room opens onto an expansive balcony.

Take the staircase to go down a level where you will find two generously-sized bedrooms. The bedrooms share a balcony with sea views. An external staircase outside the villa will lead you two levels down to the remaining two bedrooms, which can also be booked separately as an individual unit. These two rooms share a balcony and also have a living and dining space between them.

Outdoor

Imagine stepping onto the expansive balconies that stretch along the villa's front, each floor offering its own unique perspective of the breathtaking seascape. On the main balcony, you find yourself drawn to the long plunge pool stretching almost the entire length of the villa, the cool water inviting you to relax as you recline on the sun loungers or sink into the comfortable sofa seating. A dedicated scenic reading corner beckons, plush cushions promising a moment of quiet contemplation.

As you move to the lower levels, you discover common balconies, each seamlessly accessible from the bedrooms. Sway gently on the swings or enjoy a quiet moment on the outdoor sofas, the sea breeze a gentle caress. From every bedroom and all living areas, incredible sea views unfold before you. You realize this isn't just a view; it's an immersive experience, a constant reminder of the serenity that surrounds you. Bedrooms

The Tranquil Villa offers four sumptuous bedrooms, designed for flexible living. Two bedrooms, accessed via stairs from the living room, feature king-sized beds, desks, armchairs, and coffee tables. The remaining two, located on a lower level accessible by an external staircase, provide enhanced privacy, allowing the villa to be rented as a four-bedroom unit or two separate two-bedroom units.

Each bedroom, contemporary in design, boasts an ensuite bathroom that integrates seamlessly with the sleeping space. Air-conditioned comfort and ceiling fans ensure a pleasant stay, while generous wardrobe space and a safety deposit box cater to practical needs. Flat-screen televisions in the bedrooms offer private viewing.

Every bedroom opens onto a common balcony with captivating ocean vistas. The bedrooms on the lower level, accessed via an external staircase, share a living room with kitchenette and dining table, offering further privacy.
