The Harmony Villa cascades across three tiers, descending down the forest-clad hillside. Broad glass panels frame stunning sea vistas, enhanced by carefully selected artistic elements, encompassing wall adornments and sculptures. The terrace presents sweeping panoramas, ideal for basking in the sun on luxurious recliners.

Alternatively, retreat to the expansive, climate-controlled lounge where the same captivating panoramas are visible through sliding glass partitions. Soft couches encourage relaxation and cinematic evenings, while the modern culinary space, outfitted with an induction cooktop, refrigerator, and microwave, caters to all gastronomic needs.

A light morning meal is provided, and The Harmony Villa is fully equipped for independent dining, with cookware and tableware, though a private chef can be arranged for your convenience. Relish meals at the eight-seater dining table or on the rattan seating by the balcony’s personal plunge pool. The choices are abundant.

Layout

The main level, accessed from the road, features the living area, an eight-person dining table, a modern kitchen, and a powder room for convenience. The living room opens to a wide balcony with stunning sea views and a long plunge pool.

Two large bedrooms are on the next level down, sharing a balcony with sea views. External stairs outside the entry door lead two levels down to a self-contained unit with two more bedrooms. These can be rented separately and have their own living/dining area and balcony.

Outdoor

Envision stepping onto the expansive balconies that extend along the villa's front, each level presenting its own unique perspective of the breathtaking seascape. On the main balcony, you find yourself drawn to the long dipping pool stretching nearly the entire length of the villa, the cool water inviting you to unwind as you recline on the sun loungers or settle into the comfortable sofa seating. A dedicated scenic reading nook beckons, plush cushions promising a moment of tranquil reflection.

As you proceed to the lower tiers, you discover shared balconies, each seamlessly accessible from the bedrooms. Gently sway on the swings or enjoy a quiet moment on the outdoor sofas, the sea breeze a gentle caress. From every sleeping chamber and all living areas, incredible sea views unfold before you. You realize this isn't just a view; it's an immersive experience, a constant reminder of the serenity that surrounds you.

Bedrooms

The Harmony Villa offers four luxurious bedrooms, designed for adaptable living. Two plush bedrooms, accessed via stairs from the lounge, feature king-sized beds, writing desks, armchairs, and small tables. The remaining two, located on a lower level accessible by an exterior stairway, provide enhanced privacy, allowing the villa to be rented as a four-bedroom unit or two separate two-bedroom units.

Each bedroom, contemporary in design, boasts an ensuite bathing space that integrates seamlessly with the sleeping area. Air-conditioned comfort and ceiling fans ensure a pleasant stay, while ample wardrobe space and a secure storage box cater to practical needs. Flat-panel televisions in the bedrooms offer private viewing.

Every bedroom opens onto a shared balcony with captivating ocean panoramas. The two bedrooms on the lower level, accessed via an exterior stairway, share a lounge with kitchenette and dining surface, offering further privacy.
